Parsons (North Carolina / USA). Marty comes extra for the 5th LowLight Tactic Days 2012 overseas to train European Law Enforcement and Military Professionals in the techniques with the CobraCuffs®. Each student who participates in the “Specialization Day” Is automatically a participant of the first European Instructor class. Marty is a professional Instructor and has a great background we like to present you a few steps in his life what makes him to that what he is today. 1994 Detention Officer I: Assigned to the maximum security section in a 1016 bed facility. Oversee high risk inmates due to their charges or security status. 1995 Became a member of the Special Response Team  1996 Promoted as the youngest SRT Team Leader in the department.  1999 Assigned to the Security Threat Group Unit “Gang Intelligence” 2004 Developed an Information Dissemination gang course for the U.S. Department of Justice. This program was implemented in seven detention facilities across the United States. This grant was renewed two terms. 2007 Developed the North Carolina Justice Academy lesson plan for Security Threat Groups in the Detention setting. 2008 Reassigned by the North Carolina Gang Investigators Association to develop state-wide gang training for all law enforcement agencies in North Carolina.  2010    Started Non Lethal Launcher Company Riot ReadyA few Learning Objectives:
