For the entire corporate group, it is important to clarify that our training division named “CenturioWorkout” and/or “CenturioWorkout, HANDS-ON Practical Training, THE FARM – Nordholt Training Center” complies with the laws and regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany. The entire corporate group supplies the armed forces and police forces of both, NATO and non-NATO states, that are assessed as being politically dependable. The company does this in close cooperation with the German authorities and only then as their authorization has been given. CenturioGroup sees itself as a part of the security infrastructure of the free democratic world and operates on a solid legal basis.

We like to clarify our vision and share the new Global Training Policy.

We always reserve the right to refuse customers inquiries regarding the training opportunities in our facility or as stated locally by the country.

The entire corporate group and our trainers have a background in Law Enforcement or Military Service. These man or women are in active duty or where formally in service, therefore we restrict our training service only to the following participants:

1.  Students should be born in a European Union member state.
2.  Students who where not born inside the European Union should provide us with a copy of an unexpired passport or a Legal Permanent Resident card (“green card”).
3. Training inquiries for participants outside of the European Union will only be granted with the approval of the German Federal Office of Economics and Export Control (Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle).
4. Personal (terrorism) and related embargo States as are displayed online at the website of the German Federal Office of Economics and Export Control (Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle) which originate from these countries will always be excluded an not excepted as customers. Inquiries or citizens that originate from these countries and would like to be trained in one of our facility’s and don’t holding a European Union unexpired passport or Legal Permanent Resident card (“green card”) will never be accepted as customer. 5. All students with no exception should show us a certificate of good behavior on a letterhead of a certified governmental body such as a Law Enforcement agency. This document should prove us that the participant is not guilty of any felony and has in no way any criminal history.
6. Otherwise the general terms and conditions of CenturioGroup / CenturioWorkout CenturioWorkout, HANDS-ON Practical Training, THE FARM – Nordholt Training Center will be applied.

CenturioWorkout / HANDS – ON Practical Training and THE FARM Nordholt Training als Teil der CenturioGroup hat seine Politik in Bezug auf die Durchführung weltweiter Trainingsvorhaben für derzeit stattfindende als auch für geplante Vorhaben angepasst. Die Arbeit unserer gesamten Firmengruppe, d.h. sowohl der Trainings Abteilung “CenturioWorkout” als auch unsre “THE FARM Nordholt Training Center” als auch unsre „HANDS – ON Practical Training“, entspricht den Gesetzen und Regularien der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Die Firmengruppe, unterstützt die Streitkräfte sowohl von NATO- als auch von Nicht-NATO-Mitgliedsstaaten, welche als politisch vertrauenswürdig eingestuft wurden. Die CenturioGroup tut dies jedoch in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den deutschen Behörden und ausschließlich nach deren Prüfung und Bewilligung. Die CenturioGroup sieht sich darum als Teil der Sicherheits-Infrastruktur der freien, demokratischen Welt und arbeitet auf einer soliden, legalen Basis. Im Folgenden wollen wir Ihnen unsere neue Politik in Bezug auf unsere weltweit durchgeführten Trainings erläutern: Wir behalten uns bei Anfragen bezüglich Trainings in unseren Einrichtungen oder beim Kunden vor Ort jederzeit vor, die Durchführung eines Trainings abzulehnen. Da alle unsere Trainer ausschließlich aus dem Bereich des aktiven oder nicht-aktiven Dienstes in militärischen oder zivilen Sicherheitskräften stammen, behalten wir uns außerdem folgende Einschränkungen bezüglich der Teilnahme an unseren Trainings vor:
1. Die Teilnehmer müssen innerhalb der Europäischen Union geboren sein.
2. Bei Teilnehmern, welche nicht innerhalb der Europäischen Union geboren wurden,
bestehen wir auf die Kopie seines gültigen Europäischen Union Reisepasses oder seiner
Aufenthaltsgenehmigung (“green card”).
3. Trainings, welche außerhalb der Europäischen Union stattfinden sollen, werden durch uns
nur nach Billigung durch das Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle
durchgeführt.
4. Personen, welche aus Ländern, die auf der Website des Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und
Ausfuhrkontrolle mit einem Embargo belegt sind, könne wir nicht als Kunden akzeptieren.
Des Weiteren müssen wir Anfragen ablehnen, wenn das Training in einem der dort
genannten Länder stattfinden soll oder Personen, welche aus oben angeführten Ländern
stammen und nicht im Besitz eines gültigen Europäischen Union Reisepasses oder einer
Aufenthaltsgenehmigung (“green card”) sind, in einer unserer Trainingseinrichtungen
ausgebildet werden oder an unseren Trainings teilnehmen sollen. (Wir beziehen uns hierbei

5. Ausnahmslos jeder Teilnehmer benötigt ein polizeiliches Führungszeugnis, welches er zu unserer Sicherheit vor Trainingsbeginn vorzulegen hat. Ansonsten gelten die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen von CenturioGroup /
